Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us at support@cupfortunes.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Short explanation of the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days after approval.
